We're growing and looking for passionate people to join our team in the following roles:
Casual Juniors – Events & Warehouse
What you'll do:
· Assist with event logistics, equipment preparation, and general warehouse duties.
· Help with loading/unloading, cleaning, and testing AV gear.
· Support technicians during bump-ins and bump-outs.
What we're looking for:
· No experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
· Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of manual handling.
· Driver's license preferred; forklift ticket advantageous.
· Australian work rights required for all positions.
Event Technicians – Lighting / Audio / Visual
What you'll do:
· Set up, operate, and pack down professional AV systems for live events.
· Work with lighting rigs, PA systems, LED walls, and vision control.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with clients on-site.
What we're looking for:
· Experience in one or more AV disciplines (lighting, audio, vision).
· Ability to read stage plots and technical documentation.
· Rigging and working-at-heights experience advantageous.
Installation Technicians – Senior & Junior
What you'll do:
· Senior Role:
· AV rack builds, terminations, soldering, and cable management.
· DSP/control programming (e.g., Q-SYS, Crestron) and commissioning.
· QA testing, client training, and project handover.
·
· Junior Role:
· Assist with cable pulls, mounting hardware, labeling, and testing.
· Learn programming basics and commissioning processes.
· On-the-job training provided with clear progression pathways.
What we're looking for:
· Senior: Previous AV installation experience and relevant tickets (Open Cabling Registration, EWP, Working at Heights).
· Minimum 2+ years of AV installation experience required for Senior Installation Technician positions.
· Junior: Enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn.
