Refund Policy
We accept returns for refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened and the packaging is not damaged. Items that have been opened, have damaged packaging or have been used may be eligible for return at our discretion, however a restocking fee will apply. Return shipping to Captivate AV is the customer’s responsibility and shipping fees are not refundable.
If your product has a manufacturing fault we will arrange for repair or replacement through the Australian distributor of that brand. If your product is DOA or develops a fault within the first 14 days, we will replace it with a brand new item immediately (pending stock availability). Please contact us immediately when you identify a problem so there are no delays in processing the replacement.
For all other warranty claims and repair work please book your item in before dropping in or sending the item to us.
